You can facilitate your check-in on arrival by filling out your profile using the link sent to you via email “Online-Check in”.
Check-in time from 3:00 PM. If your room is ready earlier, you may check- in before 3:00 PM. Check-out time 11 AM latest.
We are a self-check-in hotel, and the reception will not open upon your arrival. Please have all the passwords you received by email ready. If you need further assistance, please contact our 24-hour hotline (+41 79 155 57 30 during reception hours).
For further questions, please do not hesitate to contact reception in the first building (Eichenweg 4). Reception hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 AM – 17:00 PM / Saturday-Sunday 09:00 AM – 12:30 PM. LAUNDRY
The use of the laundry room for hotel guests is included in the room price:

Please, have your own washing powder.
Fresh towels, kitchen towels and toilet paper are available in the laundry room in self service.
Please always leave the room clean, the next guest will appreciate.
SECURITY
For your safety, we have a 24-hour hotline (031 530 07 07) and we are directly connected to the fire department via our fire alarm system.

There is a safe in your room for your valuables, which can be locked with a individual code.
ROOM TEMPERATURE/ VENTILATION
All our rooms are equipped with a central switch. We do not have air conditioning in the house.
With central floorheating in winter and floorcooling in summer, the average temperature in rooms is 20-23°C. The temperature in a room cannot be regulated individually.
Our superior rooms do not have windows that can be opened, as these are aligned to the railway tracks and are therefore not permitted for safety reasons. To ensure that our guests still enjoy a pleasant indoor climate, our ventilation system is an important must.
SMOKING
Smoking in our rooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED also out of the windows. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette outside. Failure to do so will result in a fine of CHF 200.00 (extra cleaning of the room) and Los Lorentes reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
On request we can accomodate a 3rd person in a room on a sofa bed (CHF 35.00/per night). A baby cot CHF 20.- / once.
Small dogs ( no cats) are allowed in our hotel on request. (not in the Superior category) Supplement CHF 10.00/night.
Your stay is coming to an end
CHECK-OUT
Check-out on the day of departure is by 11:00 AM. Please leave your room cards in the check-out box located in the hotel lobby near the reception.
If you wish to extend your stay, kindly come to the reception by 11:00 AM. We will gladly accommodate your request, subject to availability.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to settle any outstanding charges.
